Frequently asked questions about returns and refunds.

How can I return my item?

  • Visit our Returns Center
  • Enter your order number and email address to get started
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return
  • Once your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions

Which items can be returned?

  • You have 10 days after receipt of the item to request a return
  • Items in the Perfume , Lingerie , Underwear, Swimwear and Cosmetics products category cannot be returned.
  • In unused and resalable condition
  • In original packaging with all tags intact

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is defective, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Can the items be exchanged?

No, we do not accept exchanges.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund by bank transfer
  • Refund by voucher

How do I return items?

What is the refund period?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval.
